Eating issues, relationship with food and body image

My work in weight management has given me real insight into the complicated, often painful relationships people can have with food and their bodies. I help people understand how this relationship has developed, and how to start building more sustainable, less distressing patterns.

Areas I commonly work with include:

  • binge eating disorder

  • emotional eating

  • other forms of disordered eating

  • burn-out, overload and trauma of years of dieting (often creating confusion and paralysis) and how to move forward

  • body image difficulties, including self-critical thoughts and shame
